- I am a deeply religous old school conservative type. I am one of those guys that thinks the world has gone crazy with this new modern vibe.My daughter is my world, and it kills me I only get to see her 4 days a month. In a life of pain it has been the most painful experience I have ever known to not have her with me.I have had very little success, even though I am very intelligent and am a very hard worker. I always seem to quit right before I would get the success I worked so hard for. I come from what can only be described as an unbelievable family and that is enough said for now on that subject there there will be more on the blog and trust me you will see what I mean.

Deliverance is nigh
Psalms 91:3
Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
God will deliver you from the snare of the enemy! Just look up and rejoice your redemption is drawing nigh!!

It takes the average adult only 56 hours to read the Bible cover to cover so how can we say in a whole year when we have worked about 2000 hours and slept another 2000 that we couldn't find only 56 to read God's word. What about Christians who don 't even read for 5 hours in a whole years time. Imagine how much better and how much more blessed their lives would be if they did. The Bible can be a treasure book but if you don't know you have the treasure it will do you no good. Get in the word and find out what God is saying to you!

Prayer request
In my town Wednesday night a lady I believe I had once tried to sell life insurance to fell asleep at the wheel, and her five year old son died as a result and one of her daughters was seriously injured.Please remember them. Her name is Michelle Black and her son's name was Gabriel.

Faith without works
In this trying economy I am beginning to see something in my little twon in Southern Kentucky I never have before......... Homeless people..... in the cold with nowhere to lay there head, just like Mary and Jospeh on the night they brought the savior into the world. Lord help us to do something more than pray fro them.

The Weekly Verse
This blog is a spin off from the daily verse. Due to working no less than 65 hours a week and everything else going on I just couldn't keep up the pace of a daily verse. I also lost the burden I had for the work. Still I want to do something for the Lord so I have decided on this site. I will make a post on this site sometime during the weekends I should be able to do that as I am generally off on the weekends. Thank you for reading and please forgive me for not being able to keep up the pace.
